We have created this web forum to facilitate fund raising activity of entrepreneurs like you. Your proposal will be appraised, evaluated as to its economic, technical & financial feasibility. The Unique Selling Proposition of the product or service will be used as determining factor to decide as to which Investor is suitable for funding. You will get your proposals appraised, evaluated and presented, in a professional and acceptable manner, on our web board and to our “Investors Network” to reach suitable investors or funders to raise finance.
While appraising your proposal, you will be required to make a presentation in person & clarify the observations, if any, by our panel of Experts. Viable proposals will be posted on our web board and as a supplementary measure, the snapshot of the proposal will be sent to prospective investors. Once the investor evinces interest in the proposal, a one-to-one meeting will be arranged between you and the investor for personal presentation and negotiations.
For any reasons, if your proposal is not found to be viable; it will not be posted on our web-board. You will be informed of the decision in due course.
Way forward
You have to submit your Executive Summary by paying “Approval Fees” of Rs.552/- or foreign currency of $25 or equivalent amount. Our panel of experts will go through the Executive Summary and offer expert comments on your proposal. Once the proposal is approved we will intimate the same to you.
Up on approval of your proposal, you will be asked to submit your detailed business plan for evaluation/appraisal. If you need any NDA to be signed, we will sign an NDA to give you comfort to furnish your detailed business plan. While submitting your business plan you need to pay an “Evaluation Fees” of Rs.11030/- or foreign currency of $500 or equivalent amount. These fees are collected to evaluate your business plan to ascertain whether the business proposal meets the expectations of the investors in terms of size of funding, Unique Selling Proposition, scalability and expected ROI and IRR etc. We will also prepare a Teaser/Information Memorandum to be posted on our Web Board. We will also send the Teasers to matching investors to explore their interest.
Success Fees
You will be required to execute a Mandate to pay up “Success Fees” up on successful completion of the funding process. The success fees will be based on size of funding, type of funding, nature of Industry, scalability, IRR etc. However, these fees will be most reasonable, affordable and at par with the market practices.
