Mr. V. G. IYER

Mr. V. G. Iyer with over 30 years of practice, specialized in rehabilitation and financial reconstruction of sick units small, medium and large scale; has a good deal of exposure in negotiations with financial institutions and commercial banks for syndication of financial assistance, preparation of feasibility reports and studies on varied type of projects. Areas of specialization also cover investment counseling, auditing, corporate governance and tax planning. He has also associated himself with public sector undertakings in the decision making process especially in the area of corporate purchases being a member on the Corporate Board Sub-Committee of purchases.

Mr. V. KRISHNADAS

President of FedEx Securities Limited, Mumbai, a Category I Merchant Banker registered with SEBI. He is experienced in Corporate Structuring, Mergers & Acquisitions. He has handled Resource mobilization activities for its corporate clients. He has also involved himself in more than 20 IPO’s, Rights Issues, Delisting of Shares, Buy-back of shares, and Substantial Acquisition of Shares under the SEBI Guidelines etc., as Lead Manager.

He manages a team of ex-bankers. The core management team works with experienced bankers each with over two decades of exposure to commercial and investment banking.
