Mr. Prasanna Kumar is a qualified FCCA from UK, besides holding AICWA, Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from M.P.Birla Institute of Management, Bangalore and a Masters degree in Commerce. He has more than thirty years of corporate experience and has managed Strategic Planning, Financial Management, Labor management, Compensation management, Working Capital management, Banking and Operations. He has held senior management positions in large industrial undertakings. He participated in “Venture Capital Development Program” conducted by Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, recently.
Mr. Ashok Gianchandani is a Doctorate in Business Administration and has over thirty years of successful experience in business management; was a partner for over 10 years with Balozi & Associates, a US firm that specializes in business government and multinational organizations consulting.
Dr. Gianchandani was former Advisor to Ivorian Government (West Africa) from 1990-1993; he was consultant on economic projects and working with foreign delegates in order to generate business investments in the African continent.
Dr. Gianchandani is a Doctor of Business Administration since July 5th 2001, and holds three Master degrees in Business Administration (specializing in Marketing Management, International Business Administration and Business Administration). In 2002, Dr. Gianchandani received National Leadership Award from the US Senator Tom De Lay, Chairman of The National Republican Congressional Committee, and was appointed Honorary Co-Chairman.
Mr. Vasu Reddy is an experienced global manager with more than twenty years of experience working with Fortune 50 companies to medium to small sized companies. He has extensive experience in managing operations globally, and specializes in business development. Mr. Reddy specializes in telecommunications and Information Technology. He has worked for and managed enterprises in dozens of countries and has extensive background in planning, development along with global regulatory and licensing environments. Mr. Reddy has an MBA in Management, BSBA in Finance and B.Sc.
Mr. P K Pande is a qualified Company Secretary in Practice since 2001. Mr. P K Pande is B.Com, LLB, CAIIB, FCS – and has more than 18 years of experience in Banking. He worked for two Banks namely Vijaya Bank and ING Vysya Bank (erstwhile Vysya Bank) between 1981 and 1998. Thereafter, started implementing ERP projects and was functional consultant for 2 years. He started secretarial practice in the year 2001 and since then he is pursuing the profession as a Practicing Company Secretary. As Company Secretary in practice, he has offered advisory service in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO offerings and loan syndications.
Ms. Lizy Francis has about ten years' corporate experience and her core area is Corporate Finance. She has an MBA in Finance, PGDCA and B.Com.
Ms. Chaithra P. Jain has headed the marketing division of one of the most popular retail stores in India. Her specialization is in the field of marketing. She is well versed in branding, strategic marketing and retail marketing strategies. She has completed multiple projects in different areas of marketing. She has a BE in Medical Electronics and an MBA in marketing.
