The services of CFO position are outsourced to an outside agency. We as an agency are offering these services to SME enterprises, at an affordable cost. As an agency, we assist the SMEs in their financial management, compliance management, strategic management, devising and implementing effective internal control systems, taking decisions on Capital Expenditure (shortly called CAPEX), working capital management, identifying risk factors and advising on mitigating them, etc.

• Assessing the past performance and advising on the financial strengths and weaknesses.
• Advising on the best practices of financial management to optimize the utilization of financial resources.
• Strategizing on the Cost Reduction Techniques to help reducing the cost per unit of product or service of the entity, there by achieving Cost Leadership.
• Advising on the introduction of Budgeting System in the organization.
• Introduction of internal control systems/MIS in the client organization.
• Assisting in taking Capital Expenditure decisions involving expansion, modernization, make or buy decisions, and acquisitions/mergers.
• Advising on Compliance Management of corporate and industrial laws.
• Helping in building cordial and healthy relations with the bankers and other lending institutions.
• Advising on raising finance in the form of term loans, working capital, corporate loans, mortgage loans, and structured loans, depending up on circumstances of the entity.
• Creating value to the organization by devising a “path way” for future IPO or PE/VC funding.
• Creating value by offering valuable advice on vertical or organic growth and on acquisitions and mergers.
• Advising on ascertainment of Costs, fixation of Prices of products and services.
• Identifying the risk factors in agreements, commercial contracts and quotes etc.
• Stating the financial statements in accordance with the IFRS.

The clients/members have to request for the advice on specific services and we will not be offering the above services as a matter of routine. We will be advising you through emails, phone in case of emergency, and in person, wherever it is permissible. Since most of the services are offered by qualified Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, Company Secretaries, Engineers and Advocates who are in practice, the visit and discussions are always pre-planned and scheduled in advance. Any inconvenience can be excused and the visit and discussion can be postponed to a convenient future date. Please note that we will not be carrying out book keeping, maintenance of records, preparing & filing of returns under various corporate & industrial laws.
